Information about the Training
As an OKR Catalyst, you are in a key position in every OKR process. Through our many years of experience, we have developed numerous practical methods and techniques that help OKR Catalysts to moderate events in the framework, optimally support teams and leaders, and overall successfully drive the introduction of OKRs in your own company.
The 3-day intensive course conveys and deepens a variety of practical methodologies relevant for conducting MOAL (Mid-Term-Goal) plannings, developing visions, OKR plannings, OKR reviews, OKR retrospectives, and other aspects.
During the course, you will not only learn about the different methods but also have the opportunity to apply them directly in practical exercises. As a result, you will return to your own company with a wealth of experience and practical applications.

The intensive training is aimed at all those certified by Agilizer as OKR Catalyst by Agilizer who are looking for practical and effective methods and techniques to successfully perform their daily work as OKR Catalysts.
Schedule: The seminar takes place remotely from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Comprehensive seminar materials and resources are included in the price.
How do I obtain my OKR-A Level 1 Certification?
At the end of the event, participants will take a practical exam and – upon successful completion – receive an official certificate as “OKR Catalyst Advanced by Agilizer (OKR-A Level 1)”.
